This remarkable system handles drilling, tapping, milling, etching, thermal cutting and contour bevelling all on a single platform with one setup, delivering unprecedented accuracy while minimising handling costs. This achieves the lowest cost due to minimal floor space, handling, transport and reduced set up costs.

5x Hass Machining Centres

We also house four Hass CNC machining centres alongside the Gemini machine, allowing us to provide a variety of steel plate machining services. From drilling and milling to marking and scribing, these machines deliver high-performance precision for all profile machining needs.

Service Information

Drilling, Tapping & Milling

Milling – Handling thicknesses from 3mm to 300mm, with capability of milling the face, edge or side of a profile, depending on the blank size.

Tapping – High-quality threaded holes in sizes from M6 to M48.

Drilling – High-speed machining spindle ensures efficient drilling for hole sizes ranging from 3mm to 50mm.

Countersinking/Counterboring

Countersinking – Precise countersinking for a variety of hole sizes, depths and angles, ensuring a perfect fit for your fasteners.

Counterboring – Cater to both shallow and deep counterbores, offering a wide range of sizes and depths to suit your specific needs.

Marking & Scribing

Using precision mechanical tools, we etch and scribe steel with deep, long-lasting impressions, ideal for applications where durability is crucial.

To ensure full traceability and UKCA compliance, our scribing tool marks fabrication lines, bend lines, part numbers and cast marks with exceptional accuracy.

What is the maximum thickness of steel plate you can machine?

We work with steel plates up to 300mm thick but for optimal efficiency, we usually machine between 5mm and 75mm.

What finishing options do you offer for machined profiles?

We provide a variety of finishing services including shot blasting. All finishing processes are performed in-house as part of our one-stop shop service.
