Rotary Barrel Tumble Blaster

Our rotary barrel tumble shot blasters are the ideal solution for batch cleaning of smaller components. Featuring a 36″ diameter barrel with sub-type door design, this system offers efficient and consistent results across multiple parts simultaneously.

 

Rotary Table Blaster

For larger or more delicate items that cannot be tumbled, our rotary table shot blaster provides the perfect alternative. With a generous 1500mm diameter table, we can maximise productivity when processing substantial components or multiple items in a single cycle.

Plasma Cutting

High definition CNC plasma cutting for mild steels up to 16m long, 5m wide, and 60mm thick. With true hole technology, bevel head cutting, and tight tolerances, we ensure precision across every cut.

Flame Cutting

Cost-effective flame cutting services using powerful 7-head and 4-head oxy-fuel machines, cutting steel up to 6m long, 5m wide, and 400mm thick. We deliver accurate results with tolerances ranging from ±1.5mm to ±6mm depending on thickness.

CNC Machining

Full suite CNC machining services delivering high quality parts to your specifications (up to 1620mm x 810mm), including milling and drilling from 3mm to 32mm. Our four CNC centres and Gemini machine with an eight head tool changer ensure precision across all operations.
