Offering high-precision CNC plasma cutting for steel components with fast turnaround, certified quality and expert support across the UK.

Our Plasma Cutting Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art plasma cutting machines allow us to offer flexible solutions for a wide range of projects. We can handle cutting lengths up to 16 metres and widths up to 5 metres. We cut steel from 3mm to 60mm in thickness and use True Hole Technology and Bevel Head Plasma Cutting to achieve high-definition results for complex profiles.

Our twin-headed 400 Amp system supports large-scale projects, featuring a cutting bed size of 16,000mm x 5,000mm. We also have a single-head 300 Amp (10,000mm x 2,500mm bed size) and Gemini machines (8,000mm x 2,500mm bed size), which gives us the versatility to handle both heavy and light plate work with equal precision. This combination of equipment means we’re fully equipped to tackle everything from simple shapes to intricate, high-tolerance components.

These CNC plasma cutting capabilities allow us to deliver exceptional quality for all your steel component needs, with quick turnaround times and competitive pricing.

Plasma Cutting FAQs

What types of steel can be cut using plasma cutting?

We specialise in cutting mild steel, carbon steel and stainless steel in various grades and thicknesses.

What is the maximum thickness that can be cut using plasma?

Our equipment effectively cuts materials up to 75mm thick, with optimal quality achieved in the 1mm to 60mm range.

How accurate is plasma cutting?

Our CNC plasma cutting delivers high precision with tolerances typically within +/-1.5mm/2mm depending on material thickness.

What is the difference between standard and HD plasma cutting?

HD plasma creates a more focused arc that produces cleaner cuts with less bevel and higher precision than standard plasma.
