High definition CNC plasma cutting for mild steels up to 16m long, 5m wide, and 60mm thick. With true hole technology, bevel head cutting, and tight tolerances, we ensure precision across every cut.

Flame Cutting

Cost-effective flame cutting services using powerful 7-head and 4-head oxy-fuel machines, cutting steel up to 6m long, 5m wide, and 400mm thick. We deliver accurate results with tolerances ranging from ±1.5mm to ±6mm depending on thickness.

CNC Machining

Full suite CNC machining services delivering high quality parts to your specifications (up to 1620mm x 810mm), including milling and drilling from 3mm to 32mm. Our four CNC centres and Gemini machine with an eight head tool changer ensure precision across all operations.

Bevelling and Chamfering

We provide high quality weld profile bevels on plates from 3mm to 300mm thick with angles up to 30 degrees. Our services cover everything from uniflats and base plates to chamfered profiles, bridge components, deck plates and custom steel profiles.
