Plasma Cutting

Our plasma cutting capability is designed for finer, high-speed cutting of mild steel up to 60mm thick. With a twin-headed 460 Amp system offering a bed size of 16,000mm x 5,000mm, along with a single-head 300 Amp machine (10,000mm x 2,500mm bed) and Gemini machine (7,000mm x 2,500mm bed), we can achieve impressive levels of precision and efficiency.

Plasma cutting is particularly effective for projects that demand clean edges and detailed profiles.

Flame Cutting

Our flame cutting service is ideal for heavy-duty applications where thicker mild steel sections are required. Using a 7-head gas cutting machine with a 6,000mm x 4,500mm bed size and a 4-head gas cutting machine with a 5,000mm x 3,000mm bed, we can cut mild steel up to 300mm thick with excellent accuracy.

This service is particularly suited to industries such as construction, shipbuilding, heavy machinery and energy, where durability and precision are essential.
