Paul Dyche

Sales Director

Paul is responsible for the sales and marketing side of RMP while improving new and existing customer relationships. Paul holds an HND in Business and Finance and is experienced in promoting solutions and negotiation, coupled with excellent interpersonal, sales and project management skills.


Mark Edwards 

Production Director

Mark has been an engineer for over 30 years. He started out working for a fabrication company before moving on to founder RMP with Ray and Paul. Mark is responsible for production planning and had full control over all shop floor decisions.

Steve Edwards 

Purchasing Manager & CAD/CAM Programmer

Responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and services cost-effectively while maintaining quality standards and for programming and optimising CAD/CAM systems to support efficient manufacturing processes and accurate production outputs.

Tom Edwards 

Sales Office Manager

Oversees the daily operations of the sales office, manages the sales support team, ensures smooth order processing, maintains customer satisfaction and supports the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Kerry Mann

Accounts/ Credit Control/ Payroll Manager

As an AAT Qualified professional, Kerry is responsible for overseeing credit control to ensure timely debt collection and effective credit risk management. She also manages company accounts and financial reporting in line with regulations, while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for all employees.

Olly Dyche 

Internal Salesperson / Social Media Manager

Responsible for handling inbound sales enquiries, building customer relationships, providing quotations, and processing orders, while also managing the company’s social media presence to promote our services, engage with audiences, and support sales growth.

Mark Jordan

Internal Salesperson

Handles inbound sales enquiries, builds relationships with customers, provides product information and quotations, processes orders and supports the external sales team to help achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Nick Collins

Quality Manager / Health and Safety Officer

Oversees quality management systems and health and safety compliance. Ensures products and processes meet quality standards, conducts audits, manages risk assessments and promotes a safe, compliant workplace through policy development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
