Plasma Cutting Services

High definition CNC plasma cutting services for a variety of mild steels. Maximum cutting length of 16m and cutting width of 5m. Using true hole technology and bevel head plasma cutting, we also plasma cut steel to thicknesses of 3mm - 60mm. Typical plasma cutting tolerances are +/-1.5mm for material up to 40mm thick and +/-2mm for material between 41mm and 60mm.

Flame Cutting Services

Powerful 7-head and 4-head oxy-fuel machines help provide our cost-effective flame cutting services, with a 6m maximum cutting length, 5m maximum cutting width and steel plate thickness capabilities from 5mm to 400mm. Our oxy-fuel service tolerances are ±1.5mm up to 40mm, ±2mm from 41–60mm, ±3mm from 61–80mm, ±4mm from 81–100mm and ±6mm for 101mm and above.

CNC Machining Services

Full-suite CNC Machining services, ensuring high-quality parts for your specific specifications (1620mm X 810mm Maximum Size). If it's CNC milling services of the face edge or side of a profile to CNC drilling services for hole diameters ranging from 3mm to 32mm, we ensure precision and reliability for all your machining needs. We have 4 CNC machining centres as well as our Gemini machine, which features an 8-head tool changer for drilling, tapping, milling, marking, etching, boring and more.

Bevelling & Chamfering Services

Provide high-quality weld profile bevels on plates between 3mm and 200mm thick (depending on the blank) with beveled and chamfered angles up to 30°. We regularly produce items such as uniflats for plate girders, cut and drilled base plates, bevelled/chamfered profiles, weld prep edges, bridge components, deck plates, profiles for heavy engineering, drilled steel flanges and custom profiles.
