Customer needed a supplier who was CE Accredited and large enough to take on a project of this size to offer solutions on how to manufacture 1500off Base & Deck plates that required Cutting, drilling, tapping and machine chamfering in an internal slot with rigid delivery time constraints.

Solution:

With support of the Steel Mills we constructed a delivery plan for materials to give us the correct amount of manufacturing time to fulfil our customers strict delivery requirements so they could get parts fabricated, approved and to site without no late penalty clauses.

Results:

The Highways Agency were so pleased with the professionalism, support and outcome that our direct customer was rewarded with the contract for Kessock Bridge which was a similar size to the previous project.
