To complement our expansive in-house services and to aid our goal of becoming a one stop shop we currently sub-contract a number of operations and personally oversee that our partners adhere to the highest standards as we do.

Laser Cutting -

Water Jet Cutting-
A water jet cutter, also known as a water jet or waterjet, is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance.
Lumsden/Plough Grinding-
Lumsden grinding is the removal of material to a given size by a grinding process using a 'plough' grinding machine
Shot blasting-
To remove any rust or surface imperfections prior to paining or coating.
Stress Relieving & Normalising-
To remove internal residual stresses generated by prior manufacturing processes such as cutting, machining, cold rolling and welding.
Painting-
Paint is used both for cosmetics and as a protective coating to protect the surface of material from the elements.
Zinc Coating & Galvanising-
To enable profiled parts to corrosion resistant.

We regularly produce items such as uniflats for plate girders, cut and drilled base plates, bevelled/chamfered profiles, weld prep edges, bridge components, deck plates, profiles for heavy engineering, drilled steel flanges and custom profiles.
Manufactured from 19,500 square foot facility based in the heart of the West Midlands with excellent distribution network to the whole of the UK, Scotland & Ireland.
