Our facility is kitted out with well-maintained, modern equipment that produces excellent results on all steel profiling jobs, large, small and unwieldy.

On-site: High Definition Plasma Cutting & Flamecutting Machines

  • 1 Ficep Gemini Machine. A complete Drilling,Tapping, machining & thermal cutting Machine with 1 Bevel head Plasma & 1 Single gas head. 7.5m x 2.5m bed.

  • 1 x Twin-headed 400A HD machine with True Hole technology. Cut size 16m x 5m; capable of cutting up to 80mm width thick mild steel.

  • 1 x 260A HD machine capable of cutting up to 30mm thick with a cutting bed of 10m x 2.5m.

  • 1x 7 headed Gas profile machines (fully CNC), dry bed joint length 6m x 5m.

  • 1 x 4 headed Gas profile machine (fully CNC), dry bed with 5m x 4m.
